FOR CONTRACTORS AND DEVELOPERS

Social value that keeps growing.

Sponsor a farm for a school or community group near your site. They grow food, learn the science, and you get logged results to report, long after the hoardings come down.

CONTRACTORS AND DEVELOPERS

WHO IT’S FOR

Social value and community leads at contractors and developers, looking for a legacy that outlasts the build.

WHAT MATTERS TO YOU

You need outcomes you can report, a host who keeps it going after you leave site, and a story you can tell with confidence.

HOW IT WOULD WORK FOR YOU

From first call to a routine.

01 · BID STAGE

Name it in your offer

We give you a short description, costs and the outcomes we can log, ready to drop into a social value response.

02 · ON SITE

Pick a host nearby

A school, youth group or community kitchen near your project. A cabinet for a classroom, a container for a bigger site.

03 · HANDOVER

We train the host

We install and train the host, so it is theirs to run, not a job left with your site team.

04 · EVERY TERM

A report you can use

Crops sown and harvested, photos and sessions run, logged by the Brain and pulled into a short report.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Common questions, answered.

How do we measure it?

The Brain logs every crop sown and harvested with daily photos. We turn that into a report each term you can map to the measures you already use.

Who looks after it when we leave site?

The host does. We train them at handover, and your sponsorship can include support for a set period. We agree the period with you.

How should we describe it?

As local food growing and education. We report what the farm grows and the sessions it runs, and we advise against presenting it as a carbon offset.

What does it cost?

A classroom cabinet is the low-cost option; cabinet prices are coming soon. A community container has a list price of £130,000 + VAT.

Can we use it in our PR?

Yes, with the host’s consent. We can supply photos of the farm and the harvest. No children’s faces.

How long from order to first harvest?

We agree a delivery date with you when you order. Once it is in, fast microgreens are ready in about ten days.
